    hmm…i understand chinese but i don’t get the nuances…
can u at least provide some references to the chinese literature that your “subtleties” come from? thank you very much in advance! =)

    • You need to read the novel or watch the series. For example 灭绝 is a woman who would never forgive anyone; it’s so apt for Teoh Soh Lung because I think she hasn’t forgiven PAP for her sufferings under ISA, and her running in this election is to get into Parliament so she can get back at PAP.

    誰是張無忌?

    明教不是邪教只是被六大派岐視的教派。

    Is this analogy appropriate?

  4. Thanks SgpInForeignLand. I hope you’ve read my link. I think one should consider whether PAP are as bad for Singapore as most “opp” supporters think, or whether they are really just misunderstood, like 明教.

  5. SgpInForeignLand says:

I can’t comment here as I do not know your definition of “bad” and your understanding of how “bad” that alternative parties supporters think PAP is. From my perspective, there is only good and bad policies.

As well, my apologies for refusing to use the term “opp” as I do not believe in such labeling.
